Welcome to CrickWillow. These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using our website and buying from our store. By visiting crickwillow.com or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About us
CrickWillow ("we", "us", "our") sells cricket equipment online, including bats, balls, protective gear, bags and accessories. You can reach us at crickwillow@gmail.com or on +923001855058. Our contact address is 182-184 High Street North, Office 20358, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom.
2. Using our website
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to send harmful or fraudulent content.
3. Products and descriptions
We try to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and natural products such as willow bats vary in grain, weight and appearance from one bat to the next. Product weights, sizes and specifications are approximate. We may change or discontinue products at any time.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in the currency of your selected market, and may be converted from British pounds (GBP). The final amount is shown at checkout.
- Prices may change without notice, but the price you see when you place your order is the price you pay.
- Taxes, duties and import charges may apply depending on your country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country.
- Payment is taken securely through our payment providers at checkout. We do not store your full card details.
- If we notice a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Orders
When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This is not acceptance of your order. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because an item is out of stock, because of a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you.
6. Customised items
Services such as bat knocking-in, toe guard fitting and name engraving are made specifically for you. Please check the details carefully before ordering. Customised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs, carriers, weather and other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you gave us, so please make sure your address is correct. See our Shipping Policy for more.
8. Returns and refunds
Our returns are covered in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before ordering.
9. Damaged or faulty goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please email us at crickwillow@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Nothing in these Terms affects any legal rights you have as a consumer.
10. Cricket equipment and safety
Cricket is a sport with a risk of injury. Protective equipment such as helmets, pads and guards reduces, but does not eliminate, the risk of injury. Always choose the right size, follow the manufacturer's instructions, and check your equipment before each use. New bats should be prepared (knocked in and oiled, where applicable) before use in a match, and normal wear and marking from play is not a defect.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to CrickWillow or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. Brand names shown on products belong to their respective owners.
12. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us straight away if you think your account has been used without your permission.
13. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, carrier or customs delays, supplier shortages, or problems with the internet or payment systems.
16. Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "Last updated" date, is the one that applies. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when you placed them.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your own country.
19. Contact us
If you have any questions about these Terms, email crickwillow@gmail.com or call +923001855058.
